We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications (Hablamos Español), emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

Financial

We are committed to providing you with the best possible care and we will be happy to discuss our professional fees with you at any time. Your clear understanding of our financial policy is very important to our relationship. We have found that the only problem a patient might have is usually due to the lack of communication concerning the finances. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. When extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with Liz our financial coordinator.

We also offer Care Credit or Chase Health Advance two of the nation's leading patient payment program which enables you to finance 100% of your dental care with no money down, no interest, no upfront costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties. Care Credit and Chase Health Advance can be used by the entire family for ongoing treatment without having to reapply. Care Credit and Chase Health Advance offers a comprehensive range of plan options, for treatment or procedure fees from $1 to over $25,000, and it only takes a few minutes to apply for Care Credit or Chase Health Advance.

For those that do not qualify for Care Credit or Unicorn Financial we offer an in house discount on services. Ask our front office staff for details. We also offer a 5% cash and 3% for credit discount for payment in full at the start of treatment. If you have dental insurance we will gladly process your claims as a courtesy for your direct reimbursement.

Dental Benefits

Let us start by saying, we appreciate dental insurance, and we believe that it is a wonderful supplement to a person's dental healthcare. However, it is not meant to be a "pay all"-- only a supplement. Often, there are deductibles. Some services are paid on a percentage while others may not be paid at all. Your employer (not our office) buys a contract at a specified premium and includes many or as few benefits as your employer is willing to pay for. As such, the amount paid for the premium determines the amount of available benefits.

Also, your policy is a contract negotiated between you or your employer and the insurance carrier to partially pay for certain services. Our office has no input as to how they establish their fees, and fortunately for you they have no control over how much time we schedule for a procedure, what materials we use, etc.

Their fees do not reflect any standard of care. Their fees are based on a median fee based on fee schedules from some doctors in a designated area. This can include several different zip codes in the state. The fees they set are arbitrary and average rather than carefully determined. Liz our financial coordinator sends your claims electronically or will prepare all of the necessary forms for submission to your dental benefits company for your direct reimbursement of services rendered. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our practice for your dental care.
